Civil Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Associate Director to lead our urban development projects from concept to completion.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent client-facing abilities, and commercial acumen. They should also have in-depth knowledge of industry standards, sustainability, and emerging trends.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a high-impact role, combining leadership, technical challenge, and career advancement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex projects, building relationships with clients, providing mentorship to engineering teams, and working closely with the senior leadership team to set strategic direction.
Requirements- Degree in Civil Engineering; CPEng or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years' experience in consulting, preferably with significant experience across land development projects.
- Strong leadership background, including team management and project oversight.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to negotiate long-term partnerships.
