Job Overview

This pivotal position plays a key component in our branch team, coordinating and managing deliveries to trade customers. The role involves more than just driving and delivering parts – it's about building strong relationships through high standards of sales and service in a customer-facing environment.

  • Be part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Safely deliver automotive parts and products to trade customers, including workshops and dealerships.
  • Promote products and marketing activities when delivering products.
  • Contribute towards the store's success by supporting the team with processing customer orders, dispatching products efficiently, and addressing customer queries.
Key Responsibilities
  1. A proactive individual able to multitask and prioritize deliveries based on their urgency.
  2. Possess a genuine service mindset, being friendly, professional, and knowledgeable to establish strong customer relationships.
  3. Work comfortably independently.
  4. Have the physical capacity to perform duties, including handling heavy products.
  5. Hold a valid driver's license (manual preferred). Ideally have previous customer service experience within a trade or mechanical environment and enjoy building relationships.
  6. Be available to work Mon - Fri and flexible to work other days if requested.
