Job Title: Compensation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Compensation Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the operational workflow of compensation services ensuring effective customer-focused support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and process the delivery of our compensation service by allocating workloads and supporting compensation specialists;
  • Maintain specialist knowledge and expertise of relevant employment instruments, policies, processes and legislation;
  • Provide expert advice and assistance on salary-related issues;
  • Participate and contribute to the development, implementation and review of policies, procedures and projects;
Requirements:
  • Prior experience coordinating continuous improvement activities as it relates to compliance ensuring that positive relationships are developed, maintained, and enhanced;
  • Demonstrated experience with leave administration, compensation reporting, salary sacrifice schemes, workers' compensation, taxation and superannuation;
  • Ability to lead internal audit processes, identify continuous improvement and educate stakeholders to address compliance issues;
  • Experience and ability to contribute to an effective and proactive team;
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on providing quality customer service;
