Rehabilitation Consultant Team Leader Position

Are you a motivated and experienced rehabilitation consultant looking to take on a leadership role? We are seeking a skilled team leader to join our dynamic team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and supervise a team of rehabilitation counsellors and consultants, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. They will monitor team workloads and performance, ensuring teams achieve outcomes and targets. The team leader will also provide coaching, mentoring, and quality assurance, as well as manage a small caseload of clients on an ad hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of rehabilitation counsellors and consultants
  • Monitor team workloads and performance
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and quality assurance
  • Manage a small caseload of clients

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience working as a Rehabilitation Consultant in a leadership capacity
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiotherapy, Psychology, Chiropractor or a qualified Rehabilitation Consultant
  • Current registration with relevant professional body along with Professional Liability/Public Indemnity insurance
