As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will be the heart of our hotel operations. You will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space and a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing all allocated guest rooms in accordance with established standards
  • Cleaning of guest rooms adhering to high-quality standards
  • Restocking and cleaning of trolleys
  • Checking and restocking room supplies
  • Reporting lost and damaged items to the Housekeeping Management team
  • Collaborating with Front Office to release rooms at designated times
  • Maintaining guest corridors and public areas

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
  • Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
