Housekeeping Team Member

As a member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment for residents at Rowville Manor. Your responsibilities will include cleaning living areas, rooms, bathrooms, windows, floors, toilets, and sinks.

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as part of a collaborative team culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, be physically fit, and have experience working in aged care.

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility, including resident rooms, communal areas, and public spaces. This will involve daily cleaning tasks, as well as assisting with laundry, linen supply, and other related duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning resident rooms, corridors, and communal areas
  • Assisting with laundry and linen supply
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the facility
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • Current and valid police check
  • Vaccination certificate
  • Previous experience in aged care
