
Project Documentation Coordinator

A Document Control Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and compliance of project documentation packages.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement document control processes to ensure version control, storage, and retrieval processes are followed.
- Maintain and organise document repositories in Microsoft SharePoint, including setting up and managing site permissions.
- Coordinate and compile product Verification Dossiers for local and regulatory compliance, checking every page for accuracy and completeness.
- Review and update Quality Management documentation to ensure compliance and relevance.
- Support inspections, non-conformance reporting, root cause analysis, and reporting requirements.
- Assist in documenting procedures and policies, arranging meetings, noting minutes, and distributing them as required.
- Provide administrative support to teams, including procurement assistance for project components.
- Actively contribute to building a strong safety, environmental, and quality culture across the business.
- Proven experience in document control within engineering, construction, or manufacturing.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and strong SharePoint experience.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems, ideally ISO 9001.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
- A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- An interest in learning new tools, including AI, to improve productivity.
