About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting customers throughout the preconstruction process of building their new home.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that plans and contract documents are accurate and available for client presentation meetings. You will work closely with allocated customers to provide them with an unbeatable customer service experience.

  • Manage multiple clients from Deposit through to Site Start, prioritizing workloads and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality files to the construction team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional support throughout their home building journey.
