Job Title: Receptionist/ Client Services Officer

Job Type: Holiday Contract until January, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • General administration duties
  • Support shared services staff as required
  • Manage the reception desk and maintain a professional standard
  • Prepare and serve tea and coffee to clients as needed
  • Maintain stock of prepaid satchels for deliveries and negotiate rates for interstate and local deliveries
  • Receive incoming packages/items and prepare outgoing mail
