Early Childhood Educator Role

In this key position, you will be part of a dedicated team creating a nurturing environment for children to thrive.

  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs based on Montessori principles and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning space, supporting children's physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.

  • Evaluate and document children's progress, utilizing observations and assessments to inform teaching practices.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved) or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working in early childhood settings is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of child development theories and early learning frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to build relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid Certification.
  • Possession of a passion for early childhood education and commitment to Montessori principles.
