Job Description:

Assist with creation and maintenance of effective automated testing scripts. This role involves end-to-end testing, including system test, SIT, UAT, regression, performance, post-verification testing, to ensure quality assurance and testing of new and existing solutions.

Manage defect lifecycle - defect triage, retest and defect reporting using JIRA. Review test plans for change requests made by IT, and make recommendations to improve testing where necessary.

Own and create traceability matrix and test cases using JIRA/Zephyr/Confluence. Co-ordinate releases into the test environments with the development teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, you will have a strong background in testing, including experience with writing test plans, test cases, and reporting. You'll also need hands-on experience with test automation, a basic understanding of testing frameworks, and object-oriented programming.

Additionally, you should have experience in API testing, hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence, a good understanding of Scrum-based Agile methodology, and experience using Microsoft DevOps.
