About the Role
The Day Oncology and Infusion Centre at Cabrini is a comprehensive cancer treatment facility offering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other infusion services to patients.
We are seeking a part-time Clinical Support Specialist to join our team.
This role involves providing administrative support, including clerical tasks and general reception duties as needed.
- Greeting and assisting visitors, patients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Providing efficient reception services and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Handling telephone calls and enquiries promptly and appropriately
- Responding to patient requests or referring them to the appropriate team member
- Ensuring confidentiality and discretion when managing sensitive information
About You
You are a reliable individual with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
You will bring:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Recent experience in a ward or unit reception role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a courteous phone manner and strong attention to detail
- A flexible and positive approach, with the ability to adapt to changing needs
- Initiative, self-motivation, and a willingness to ask for support when required
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
