Clinical Support Specialist in Medical Operations

As a Clinical Support Specialist in Medical Operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional clinical support to customers across various medical fields.

Working closely with healthcare professionals, you will be responsible for maintaining high product knowledge and providing comprehensive support to ensure seamless patient care.

Proper execution of shared calendars and fostering teamwork are essential for success in this position. A good understanding of the Australian healthcare system and orthopaedic and/or endoscopy products is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver clinical support to customers on products, maintaining high product knowledge.
  • Support surgical procedures in hospital environments on a range of products as required.
  • Develop and manage the clinical training and in-servicing schedule in line with sales strategies.
  • Enhance operating efficiencies, including managing surgeon preferences and integrating warehouse and customer service initiatives.
