About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Melbourne Private Hospital. As a key member of our critical care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe and evidence-based nursing care to patients in our ICU/CCU department
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care needs
  • Act as a role model for safe practice and provide education and support to individuals and teams
  • Supervise and direct nursing team members to deliver patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Postgraduate certificate in ICU/CCU or working towards
  • Clinical experience in an ICU environment
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
  • Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement
