SMSF Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned SMSF professional to lead our high-performing team and drive growth in our sophisticated advice-led SMSF business.

  • This leadership position offers a rare opportunity to step into a key role within a growing wealth management organization.
  • As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide oversight and mentorship to the SMSF teams while being hands-on with financial statements, fund establishment, and administration.
  • Key responsibilities include reviewing the work of early career/assistant/associate accountants, serving as a key technical resource on complex matters, overseeing workflow, compliance, and client service, partnering with senior leaders on strategy, growth, and innovation initiatives, and continuously improving systems and processes to support scalable operations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in team leadership or second-in-charge roles looking to grow within a large group with national presence. Strong technical knowledge of SMSF tax, structuring, strategies, compliance, and regulatory obligations is essential, along with confidence working with and supporting financial/investment advisers.

Required Skills
