Job Title: SMSF Leader

SMSF Leader is a senior leadership role for an experienced SMSF professional to lead a high-performing team in the continued growth of a sophisticated, advice-led SMSF business.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day oversight and mentoring to the SMSF teams whilst being 'hands on' and responsible for financial statements, fund establishment and administration.
  • Key focus on review of the early career/assistant/associate accountant's work.
  • Serve as a key technical resource on complex matters—internally and to aligned advisers across the group.
  • Oversee workflow, compliance, and client service.
  • Partner with the Director on strategy, growth, and innovation initiatives.
  • Continuously improve systems and processes to support scalable, efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with advisers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth fund administration and delivery.
  • Support succession planning through people development and technical uplift.
  • Liaise with Auditors, the ATO and external stakeholders.
