  • As a Senior SMSF Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our SMSF team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.">
  • Key responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, fund establishment and administration, as well as serving as a key technical resource on complex matters.">
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing workflow, compliance, and client service, partnering with the Director on strategy, growth, and innovation initiatives.">
  • Continuous improvement of systems and processes to support scalable, efficient operations is also a critical aspect of this role.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Proven experience in team leadership or second-in-charge roles, with a strong track record of growing within a large group.">
  • Strong technical knowledge of SMSF tax, structuring, strategies, compliance and regulatory obligations.">
  • Confidence working with and supporting financial/investment advisers.">
  • Experience with Class, BGL or equivalent platforms.">
  • Solutions-oriented person who is collaborative, enjoys being hands-on and overseeing, developing and empowering a team.">
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.">
  • CA/CPA qualified.">
