Reebok Seasonal Casual Team Member Job Description

**About the Role**

As a Seasonal Casual Team Member at Reebok, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional customer service and supports the sales process. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Sell Reebok products by actively listening to customers and offering suggestions based on their needs
- Process sales efficiently and accurately through our system
- Support visual merchandising, store presentation, and a Safety-First culture

**What We're Looking For**

- Flexible availability between October 2024 and January 2025 (including late nights and weekends)
- An enthusiasm for fitness, a positive and engaging attitude, reliability, and passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not essential
