About the Role
This position is responsible for coordinating and producing high-quality tender documentation support within specified timeframes to assist in the retention and acquisition of business. You will be part of an enthusiastic and committed team.
Key Responsibilities
- Mapping tender and proposal documents, coordinating contributors to ensure timely completion
- Researching background information for all tenders and proposals
- Concisely writing, reviewing, and editing the documents
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the tender documents and bid process
- Project managing and producing tenders and bids in conjunction with identified bid leader, internal stakeholders, and the National Marketing & Bid Manager
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with large and complex documents
- Knowledge of working within a corporate environment
- Previous experience with end-to-end bid production
- High-level computer literacy skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent writing skills, including sentence construction, syntax, spelling, and grammar
- Degree-qualified, preferably in business or journalism
