Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker.

This role offers the opportunity to make a positive difference in people's lives, supporting them to achieve their goals and maintain their well-being.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be working with individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks, emotional support, and connecting them with community resources.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals with mental health issues;
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management;
  • Helping individuals connect with community resources, such as healthcare services and support groups;
  • Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check;
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC);
  • First Aid and CPR certification;
  • Covid-19 vaccination status.
