We are seeking a highly skilled Service and Cleanliness Professional to join our team at QT Sydney.

About the Role

This role involves servicing and thoroughly cleaning hotel rooms in accordance with established standards, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and providing guests with exceptional service in a clean and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing and Cleaning Rooms: Anticipate and attend to guest needs and desires immediately, service and clean allocated rooms to the highest standards within the allocated time, and replenish and control guest supplies.
  • Maintenance and Reporting: Report any maintenance needing attention to the supervisor, follow all housekeeping policies and procedures, take extreme care with personal grooming to maintain a consistently high level of professional appearance, and report any potential health and safety hazards to the supervisor.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet hotel guests in a polite and courteous manner, being careful not to confuse friendliness with familiarity, and inform the housekeeping office immediately of any unusual, different or abnormal situations seen in or around the hotel.
  • Teamwork and Training: Assist other departments or outlets when required, attend monthly departmental communication, training and information meetings, and comply with all hotel operational policies and procedures as outlined in the team handbook.
