Job Title: Support Care Worker

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Care Worker. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and live life to the fullest.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and housekeeping
  • Supporting residents with mobility issues, including transfers and repositioning
  • Encouraging social interaction and participation in activities
  • Collaborating with other care staff to ensure seamless delivery of care services
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
