Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Lawyer to join our team and provide expert advice on contract review, management, and improvement. As a key member of our NSW Construction business unit, you will work closely with our team to identify and advise on contractual and legal risks, and provide guidance on risk management and dispute avoidance.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing contracts and providing advice on interpretation and administration.
  • Preparing schedules and special conditions to ensure compliance with head contract requirements.
  • Attending tender, contract, and dispute resolution discussions and negotiations.

To be successful in this role, you will require a degree in law and a current NSW practising certificate or capability of having one. A minimum of 3-10 years of experience in construction law is also required.
