Renewable Energy Legal Expert

As a senior legal professional, you will provide strategic guidance on all aspects of our business, including project development, construction, and asset management.
Working closely with the Director & General Counsel, you will ensure the successful delivery of our renewable energy developments, while supporting the development of policies and procedures to drive business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice across the entire project life cycle, from development through to operational phases.
- Collaborate with external counsel to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Support the Director & General Counsel in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and contribute to the evolution of company policies.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to complex legal issues, leveraging your expertise to drive business success.
- Advanced degree in law or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a legal professional in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
