Our organisation is seeking a Content Specialist to join its Digital Channel and Customer Experience Design Program. This key role will enable the bureau to deliver high-quality services that meet user needs.
The successful candidate will have previously worked in a similar capacity, demonstrating their ability to produce impactful content for digital channels. They will have experience planning and managing content through its lifecycle, as well as delivering training to colleagues on writing and CMS usage.
Additionally, they will possess skills and knowledge gained from working in large organisations in a content capacity. The ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels and build relationships internally and externally is essential for this role.
Experience working within an in-house digital design team in a large and complex organisation, along with knowledge of agile methodologies and proficiency in Drupal, are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement content strategies across digital channels
- Manage content throughout its lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective delivery
- Provide training to colleagues on writing and CMS usage
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build relationships and ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organisation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
