Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our communications department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand and driving engagement across all channels.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage our global social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging, engagement, and alignment with our brand communications strategy.

You will plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice. Your goal is to drive brand awareness and engagement through a mix of organic content and paid campaigns.

In this role, you will engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive and interactive environment. You will also monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to refine content strategy and optimize performance.

Collaborating with the communications team, you will develop and execute creative social media campaigns and promotional activities. You will work closely with designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.

A structured content calendar will ensure a steady, timely flow of posts across all channels. You will track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
