We are seeking an experienced educator with leadership qualities to lead a team of motivated and friendly professionals. This is a full-time, permanent position with an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing and providing positive role modelling to other educators.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting others, working collaboratively with the team to plan, programme, and observe children's learning.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding and application of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Excellent communication skills, with co-workers, families, and children.
  • A minimum Diploma or Childhood Teaching degree (or ACECQA-assessed equivalent).
  • Current First aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
