Dynamic Career Opportunity for Field Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Field Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery unit, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment through proactive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and optimize overall performance.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication, detailed reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Australian Mechanical trade qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven technical expertise in maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, including mobile workshops and diagnostics packages.
