Chief Operating OfficerThe Chief Operating Officer will lead operational execution of Cranbrook's strategic vision, overseeing finance, ICT, property, and facilities, as well as the Aquatic Centre. A commercially astute leader with a CFO or CPA background is required, possessing strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence.

- Drive transformation across facilities, capital projects, and ICT integration
- Optimise facilities and support the co-education transition from an operational perspective
The Director of Human Resources will lead strategic and operational HR functions, including recruitment, employment relations, compliance, training and development, performance management, policy development, and HR strategy. A highly experienced HR professional is needed who can foster a positive workplace culture and ensure legal compliance.
