Product Development Manager

The Salvation Army is seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to drive the development and implementation of a robust product development framework that aligns with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product lifecycle, including ideation, proposition development, market launch, testing, and optimisation.
  • Enhance donor engagement and loyalty by creating compelling propositions.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
  • Monitor product performance and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance effectiveness in line with KPIs and market trends.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or similar field.
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in building and delivering new products to market.
  • Experience in change management is essential.
  • Fundraising experience is desirable.
