Pediatric Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team in Roxburgh Park, VIC.
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to work with children and families in a community-based setting, providing in-home care and support services. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, designing therapy plans, and advocating on their behalf.
Responsibilities:- Visiting NDIS participants and developing personalized therapy plans
- Achieving successful outcomes with clients presenting with various conditions, including neurological disorders, ASD, and more
- Supporting young children aged 0-5 in speech, language, and communication development
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Current registration as a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP)
- Valid Australian working rights
- Experience working with pediatric populations (desirable)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Individualized clinical supervision and professional development opportunities

- Generous salary package, estimated at $85,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
