We are the largest electricity producer in the Northern Territory, utilizing a mix of gas, diesel and solar technologies to provide reliable power across the region.

This role involves working shift work as required to ensure effective monitoring of generating plant and associated equipment across different technologies.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Performing all duties in accordance with our safety, environmental and quality policies, principles, corporate values and strategies.
  • Collaborating with the Remote Operations Centre to achieve safe and efficient operations of the power station.
  • Conducting routine operations, maintenance and inspections, including lubrication, testing and defect identification using the business ERP system.
  • Directing, undertaking or supervising work as necessary to maintain site safety and ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the power station plant.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated competence in workplace safety, commitment to safe work practices, AQF Level III Certificate or relevant skills, knowledge and experience, and proven ability to analyze technical systems and identify/report anomalies.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to participate in a 24/7 shift roster and contribute to a positive culture by embodying our company values.
