Project Lead

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee ICT projects and initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing ICT strategies, ensuring value for money and continuity of services.
  • A strong advisor with the ability to provide guidance on technology matters, ensuring effective communication with technical and non-technical staff.
  • This role requires someone who can build and maintain relationships within and between departments, negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including staff management, budgets, and resources.
  • Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) Security Clearance is a requirement.
  • Financial Management: Responsible for monitoring financial records for compliance and audit, assisting with identifying costs for financial planning, and collating required financial data.
  • Project Management: Oversees medium-scale projects, providing effective leadership, adopting project management methods, and ensuring project quality reviews occur on schedule.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Identifies communications and relationship needs of stakeholder groups, translates communication strategies into specific activities, and facilitates open discussion between stakeholders.

This position requires an experienced individual with a proven track record in managing complex projects and building strong relationships within and between departments.
