We are seeking an experienced ICT project manager to lead the transition of our agency's ICT services from an internal model to a shared services arrangement with another government department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an ICT strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the transition of ICT services, ensuring continuity and value for money.
  • Provide sound advice to stakeholders on ICT matters.
  • Build strong working relationships across the agency and with external partners.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure IT systems and data are secure and risk-managed.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in ICT project management, including managing medium-scale projects.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Financial management expertise, including budgeting and cost analysis.
  • Ability to lead ICT teams and manage resources.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
