Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct routine check-ups, health screenings, and vaccinations to prevent and detect health problems.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab results and imaging studies, to inform treatment decisions.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as needed to manage patient conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of practice.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced clinical environment. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Security ClearanceAmentum requires all employees to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for their role. This position requires a Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) Department of Defence Security Clearance (Australian) or TS/SCI (U.S.) clearance w/ Poly.
