Career Opportunity: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Construction Project Manager to join our team at Concentis.

As a leading construction services company, we exclusively partner with a multi-national mining organization to source top talent for capital projects. Our current opening is for a Senior Civil Construction Project Manager to oversee the pre-planning and delivery of complex brownfield mine projects across various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of project programs to ensure compliance with schedule and quality requirements, directing the progress of work and driving adherence.
  • Provide daily supervision, direction, and leadership to achieve targets in a safe and efficient manner for all portfolio works.
  • Management of day-to-day interface with contracting partners, focusing on safety, environment, quality, and engineering aspects.
  • Safety leadership in developing and maintaining a safety culture, ensuring contracting partners comply with safety policies and relevant HSE standards, regulations, and practices.
  • Leadership in environmental compliance and ensuring the construction contractor adheres to environmental requirements.

About You:

  • Trades certificate or equivalent qualification in a related discipline.
  • Strong construction supervision experience within the mining, energy, or heavy industrial sectors.
  • A background in civil-related capital projects, preferably in tailings, haul roads, or bulk earthworks.
  • Demonstrated sub-contractor management experience in remote locations.
  • Effective and collaborative communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Proven safety leadership with a strong understanding of construction and mining industry safety management systems.
