We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to lead our projects in Queensland and New South Wales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering construction projects from initiation to completion.

**Job Summary:**

As a seasoned project manager, you will have extensive experience in civil construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and coordinate project resources, including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Monitor and control project expenditure, ensuring that costs are aligned with approved budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A building trade qualification and current open/valid driver's license.
  • Proven experience in civil construction project management, with a strong understanding of Australian building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.

  • A base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Location:**

This role is based in South East Queensland or Northern New South Wales, with potential for travel to regional or remote locations as needed.
