
Grants Development Officer

We are seeking a skilled Grants Acquisition Specialist to join our collaborative team. This role involves supporting growth in philanthropic and corporate trusts, foundations, and government grants.
This position requires strong research skills to identify new funding opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline of aligned grants.
- Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Compliance: Deliver accurate and timely reporting, adhering to all funding requirements.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with funders, providing regular updates on program outcomes and impact.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager, Grants and Reporting Manager, Programs and Marketing teams to deliver grant-related projects.
- Maintain Records: Keep detailed and accurate records in Salesforce and GEMS Portal.
- Identify Opportunities: Research and explore new funding opportunities.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor funding trends and inform innovative fundraising strategies.
To excel in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in grant writing and management within the nonprofit sector.
- Proven success managing and achieving diverse grants portfolios.
- Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the education and mental health sectors is an advantage.
