Drive Business Growth as a Client Executive

Cultivate strong client relationships and drive sales initiatives to fuel business growth. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Collaborate with client partners to develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to client portfolios.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor sales performance and progress against targets, taking proactive measures to address any deviations or obstacles.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, including client contact information, opportunities, sales activities, and communication history.
  • Contribute to a high-performance environment by acting with clarity on strategy, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Support client partners in identifying and developing tailored solutions to address client needs and challenges.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure, multitask, and manage competing priorities.
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Impeccable time management skills.
