About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Online Education Services (OES). As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in understanding business objectives and translating them into technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business issues and technical challenges to articulate business impact and value.
  • Technical Partnership: Partner with key technical stakeholders to identify solution options, articulate pros and cons, and assist in designing solution architecture.
  • Business Process Mapping: Work closely with business stakeholders and partner stakeholders to define and map business processes, and help prioritize based on business impact and value.
  • Requirements Distillation: Distill requirements into succinct scenarios (user stories) with acceptance criteria and validation rules.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Coordinate and assist with User Acceptance Testing for technical implementations.
  • Change Management: Support change management activities, including working with Power Users to develop user support guidelines and documentation.
  • Integration Assessment: Contribute to the assessment of integrating third-party applications into existing systems.
  • Agile Support: Support Delivery Lead in conducting Agile rituals effectively and provide relevant information required for project management and governance.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong Business Process Analysis Skills: Demonstrated skills in business process analysis and mapping.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with Salesforce Administration and a strong understanding of SDLC within an Agile environment.
  • Data Management: Sound knowledge in maintenance and access to data and information, including the ability to identify, design, extract, and report on complex datasets.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Initiative and Flexibility: Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and an ability to work under pressure.
  • Vendor Liaison: Experience liaising with vendors and external organizations.
  • Information Management: Familiarity with information management applications.
  • Education Sector Experience: Experience in the education sector and understanding of the student lifecycle is advantageous.
