About the Position

The team is responsible for guiding how we develop and utilise effective relationships with tripartite partners and other key stakeholders. We have multiple opportunities at APS5 or APS6 level to support how we effectively embed our engagement activities and approach across the agency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing Key Relationships: Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills to present information to various audiences, ensuring that stakeholders are engaged and informed.
  • Effective Use of Technology: Utilise technology effectively to manage and report on stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
  • Coordination Support: Provide coordination support to committees or be willing to learn, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Workload Management: Manage workloads to ensure continued delivery in a dynamic environment, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively as part of a team, remaining flexible and adaptable, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work culture.

  • Experience in managing workloads and prioritising tasks.
