Reservations Sales Operations Coordinator

As a key member of the hotel team, you will be responsible for conducting daily reservations sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, and managing human resource activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Soliciting and managing reservations sales-related opportunities to achieve revenue goals and maximize room revenue.
- Managing and providing training and work assignments to Reservations Sales staff to ensure effective sales operations.
- Actively up-selling business opportunities to close on deals and negotiate contracts.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
