Job Title: Human Resources Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day people operations tasks, implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment processes, conducting employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of human resources functions including recruitment, talent management, and benefits administration
  • Development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives
  • Employee relations and conflict resolution

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

Requirements:
