Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager, People Operations at Cultura. The role involves overseeing day-to-day people operations tasks, implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment, conducting employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment. While the role is primarily located in Geelong, VIC, some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications
  • HR Policies, Employee Relations, and Recruitment skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Conflict resolution and communication skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proven experience in people management roles
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
