Payroll Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team at Homestyle Aged Care. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing the payroll processing of approximately 1500 employees using Dayforce.
Key Responsibilities- Process fortnightly pay runs across 11 locations in Melbourne and Geelong
- Administer payments and reconciliations of deductions, adjustments, superannuation payments, work cover and payroll tax
- Process monthly payroll reports
- Respond to a broad range of payroll requests in a timely manner
- Assist with payroll related project management initiatives
- 3 to 5 years payroll experience in a health or aged care environment
- Previous experience using Dayforce
- Strong understanding and interpretation of awards and agreements
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Current and valid police check
- Attractive salary $120,000 pa plus superannuation
- Flexible hybrid work environment (1 day per week in the office in Bentleigh)
