Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team at Homestyle Aged Care. This is a full-time position responsible for managing the payroll processing of approximately 1500 employees using Dayforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process fortnightly pay runs across multiple locations
  • Administer payments and reconciliations of deductions, adjustments, superannuation payments, work cover and payroll tax
  • Process monthly payroll reports
  • Respond to a broad range of payroll requests in a timely manner
  • Assist with payroll related project management initiatives
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years payroll experience in a health or aged care environment
  • Previous experience using Dayforce
  • Strong understanding and interpretation of awards and agreements
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Current and valid police check
