Commercial Lease Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lease Administrator to join our team in a part-time capacity, working 3 days per week.
This role will oversee the lease management for one of our biggest retail assets. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Coordinating tenant interactions and managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Conducting thorough audits to identify areas for improvement
- Providing expert advice on market rental reviews and commercial lease negotiations
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in lease administration, preferably within a commercial real estate agency
- In-depth knowledge of leases, tenancy agreements, and related property documentation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate level proficiency in core Microsoft packages
