Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and deliver a critical and ambitious artistic program at our gallery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development and delivery of a compelling artistic program.
  • Deliver a communications strategy and build audiences.
  • Routinely interact and collaborate with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of developing audiences and creative content under a digital strategy.
  • Tertiary qualifications in the arts or experience working within the arts sector.
  • Sound experience in project management with a history of delivering successful events.
  • Excellent writing and research skills with developed reporting abilities.
  • Exceptional time management expertise working with competing deadlines.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability as a cultural practitioner.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Adobe Creative Suite programs.

Benefits:

  • 35 hours per week with some flexibility for weekends and nights.
  • $68,000 (pro rata) + 10.5% Superannuation.
