Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to join our team as an Artist Marketing Coordinator.

This role involves creating compelling marketing campaigns and content for our artist roster, working closely with the team to deliver commercial, promotional, and artist outcomes.

  • Coordinate with team members to create engaging content for artists across all social, online, music, and other relevant platforms.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and assist in realising the value of Universal Music Australia's repertoire.
  • Liaise with internal teams, international labels, and artist teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Main Responsibilities
  • Create shareable and engaging content that resonates with audiences across artist, label, and external channels.
  • Develop and implement eDMs and post on UMA social media channels.
  • Assist in managing social content calendars, social coverage, and live event activation.
  • Raise purchase order numbers for related invoices and coordinate with finance teams.
  • Support team with organising internal and external meetings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe editing suites (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects) and other design platforms.
  • Strong knowledge and interest in social media and digital advertising platforms.
  • Excellent time management skills, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Superior relationship, communication, and problem-solving skills.
