The Front Counter at our store is where we meet and greet our customers. It's a dynamic environment that requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.
As a Front Counter Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every customer leaves with a smile on their face.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be able to maintain confidentiality when necessary. You should also be proficient in basic math skills and be able to use a point of sale system.

Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Schedule:
We are open for business 7 days a week and require staff to work a variety of shifts, including:
- Evening shift
- Public holidays

- Practicing social distancing
- Regularly cleaning and disinfecting high-touch areas
Our store is located at Runaway Bay, QLD 4216, and requires staff to be able to commute or relocate to this area.
